Avi has extensive experience as a strategic business leader in information technology across the globe. At TekCapitol, Avi is spearheading overall business growth, client satisfaction and people development. Avi is passionate about solving complex business problems for clients using the most value-efficient technology solutions. He has held senior leadership and entrepreneurial roles in telecomm, security, software and network operations. He holds a bachelor’s degree in electronics engineering from Amravati University. He is based out of San Francisco and is an avid traveler, a golfer and a community services volunteer.
Prashant Upasani
Chief Product Engineering Officer
Prashant is a hands on software leader and entrepreneur. After working in USA as technical professional for 10+ years, he returned to India and started technology services company in 2014. He has enabled and mentored team of skilled technical resources to provide end to end services for providing enterprise level applications using variety of technologies and development practices. He is Agile coach and vivid agile practitioner. Prashant has significantly worked in BFSI domains for fortune 50 clients including Bank of America, GE Financials, BCBS-SC, Sprint, Honeywell and AT&T. He spends his leisure time with his two sons settled in Pune with the family.

Sachin has an overall 20+ years of experience in IT Industry while working for Healthcare, Telecom, Airline & BFSI domains. Throughout this span Sachin has played pivotal E2E Delivery & Project management roles in Managed Services, Development & ASM projects. Sachin is an Electronics Engineeer, based out of Pune, India & likes to travel, read & listen music.

Arun is an experienced business leader in the Information Technology industry with 30+ years of experience in Delivery/Operations Management, Business Development, Business Strategy and New Market Development. He is known for his ability to create high-performance teams, builds new service lines, develops new markets.He can turn around business with his financial acumen, quality solutions, strong client relationships and delivering value to stakeholders. Arun held leadership positions at Xoriant and Tech Mahindra spanning multiple verticals and multiple geographies. He has also worked with other reputed organizations including Tata Consultancy Services, Citicorp Bankers Leasing, Andersen Consulting and KPMG in various technical, managerial and consulting roles.
