1. Who we are

TekCapitol, Inc. (“TekCapitol,” “we”) operates tekcapitol.com and related Real-Time AI Action Assurance product surfaces, including Check Write™, the Assurance Lab, developer APIs/MCP, TC Protect™ evaluation paths, and TC360® Diagnose / Fix services.

2. Personal information we collect

We collect personal information when you use our website and products. That includes identifiers such as name, work email, company, and technical data such as IP address. We do store personal information that you provide or that is generated by your use of the site (for example registration, forms, and logs), for the purposes and retention periods below.

Website and marketing forms

· Full name, work email, company, role (when provided)

· Form content (scoping notes, qualification answers, pilot requests)

Usage and device data

· IP address, browser type/version, pages visited, time on page, referring URL

· First-party analytics events (CTA and page events via our track.js / track.php)

· Session identifiers in sessionStorage / cookies used for product session state where applicable

Developer signup and API

· Work email and optional name for OTP / API key issuance

· API authentication metadata and request logs for Check Write™ / MCP as configured

· Write Intent and control-evidence content included in API requests you send

Assurance Lab

· Free-text workflow / utterance you enter

· Lab session state (for example demo conditions and session remediations)

· Session files retained under our Lab data store for the active session lifecycle

· Optional AI interpretation of utterances when that path is enabled (otherwise rules-based interpretation)

· LIVE connector queries to configured providers may run for evidence; those providers receive the query scope you configured

TC360® assessment / sample reports

· Workflow descriptions, schema/metadata uploads, platform selections

· OTP-verified work email for assessment and sample-report access

Product / pilot deployments

· Workflow metadata, control/evidence references, Trace™ records as configured

· Connector configuration (credentials are operational secrets; do not paste them into public demos)

We do not collect payment card numbers on this website. Invoices are handled through third-party billing providers when used.

3. How we use information

· Provide website, Lab, sandbox, API, and assessment services you request

· Authenticate developers and issue access codes / keys

· Respond to inquiries, pilots, and scoping requests

· Operate first-party analytics to understand product usage

· Secure and troubleshoot our services

· Improve Real-Time AI Action Assurance methodology and product quality

We do not sell personal information. We do not share personal information with third parties for their independent marketing.

4. AI / model processing

Some surfaces may send workflow text or schema metadata to AI model providers to generate assessment content or to assist Lab utterance interpretation when that path is enabled. See AI / Model Data Use.

TekCapitol’s product intent is not to use your content to train TekCapitol foundation models. When we use third-party model APIs, processing is subject to those providers’ terms and the configuration we use for that product surface. We do not publish absolute guarantees about every provider’s retention behavior beyond what those terms and our configuration support. Enterprise customers may request private deployment options that keep evaluation inside their trust boundary.

5. Cookies, analytics, and third-party fonts

· First-party analytics and session helpers as described above

· Product session cookies where TC360® / gated surfaces require them

· Google Fonts may be loaded from Google’s CDN; your browser’s request discloses IP address to Google

We do not use advertising pixels, retargeting cookies, or third-party marketing trackers on the public site as of this policy date.

You may disable cookies in your browser. Some product features may not function without cookies or session storage.

6. Retention

· Form / registration contact data: retained until you request deletion, or longer if required for an active engagement or legal obligation

· Assessment workflow/schema artifacts: typically deleted within 90 days after the assessment date unless an engagement requires longer retention

· Email communications: up to 2 years for business continuity

· First-party analytics events: up to 12 months (often aggregated)

· Lab session files: retained for the Lab session lifecycle and routine cleanup; do not treat the public Lab as long-term storage

· API / security logs: retained as needed for security and abuse prevention

7. Sharing

We share information with service providers that process it on our behalf (for example email/OTP delivery, form delivery, hosting, and AI model APIs when a surface uses them). We may disclose information if required by law or to protect rights and safety.

8. Security

We use industry-standard practices appropriate to our size and product surfaces, including HTTPS for public traffic and access controls on operational data stores. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure. See Security.

Personal information you submit (name, email, IP logs, form content) is stored as described in this policy. Separately, Check Write™ is designed so TekCapitol does not need bulk copies of your systems of record by default; that product minimization statement is not a claim that we store no personal information from the website.

9. Your rights (California / CCPA)

California residents may request to know, delete, or correct certain personal information, and to opt out of sale (we do not sell personal information). Email info@tekcapitol.com with subject “Privacy Request.” We aim to respond within 30 days.

If you are outside the United States, contact us at the same address. We will explain what rights apply to your situation. International transfer safeguards depend on the engagement and hosting model.

10. Children

Our products are directed to business users. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us for deletion. Do not upload children’s data into assessments or the public Lab.

11. Changes

We may update this policy. The effective date at the top will change when we do. Material changes to AI subprocessors or core collection practices will be reflected here.
