We collect the following when you use Kyklos360 or contact TekCapitol:

Registration data
· Full name
· Work email address
· Company name
Assessment data (when you run an assessment)
· Workflow descriptions you enter
· Schema exports and metadata files you upload
· Platform and agent type selections
Communications
· Emails you send to info@tekcapitol.com
· Form submissions on tekcapitol.com
Usage data (collected automatically)
· IP address
· Browser type and version
· Pages visited and time spent
· Referring URL

We do not collect payment information directly. Invoices are processed through third-party providers.

Section 2 — How We Use Your Information

We use your information to:

· Deliver your Kyklos360 assessment report
· Send your PDF report and schedule your 30-minute review call
· Follow up about your assessment findings
· Respond to your inquiries
· Improve the Kyklos360 methodology

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for their marketing.

Section 3 — AI Subprocessors

When you run a Kyklos360 assessment, your workflow description and schema metadata are processed by AI providers to generate your report.

The specific model used may vary. Providers will not change without updating this policy.

None of these providers use your data to train their models. Data is not retained by providers beyond processing your request.

Section 4 — Data Retention

Registration data

Retained until you request deletion.

Assessment data (workflow descriptions, schema uploads)

Deleted 90 days after your assessment date.

Email communications

Retained for 2 years for business continuity.

Usage data

Retained for 12 months in aggregate form only.

Section 5 — Your Rights (CCPA)

California residents have the right to:

· Know what personal information we hold about you
· Request deletion of your personal information
· Opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information)

Section 6 — Cookies

Tekcapitol.com uses cookies for:

· Basic site analytics (page views, session data)
· Remembering your session state in Kyklos360

We do not use advertising cookies, retargeting cookies, or third-party tracking cookies.

You may disable cookies in your browser settings. Some Kyklos360 features may not function correctly without cookies enabled.

Section 7 — Security

We use industry-standard security practices to protect your data. Schema uploads and workflow descriptions are transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We do not store raw customer data, PII, or financial records from your systems.
